Practice 2.3: Head and Heart (Beginner)

Settling the head and the heart in the present moment

This beginner practice invites gentle awareness of the head and the heart as places in the body you can feel.
There is nothing to fix or adjust.
Just noticing how the head rests on the spine and how the heart area feels in this moment.

This practice continues the Beginner series by supporting a sense of ease, steadiness, and simple presence before moving on to other parts of the body.

Part of the Beginner Practice series from 2.1 to 2.10, also available as part Sacred to the Bones.
